Discipleship & Community

We truly believe God’s people should live life together. The apostle Paul says, “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2) Our church is a lively community with plenty of opportunity for informal fellowship. Currently, the two formal times our church gathers throughout the week for spiritual formation is on Wednesdays and Sundays (the Lord’s Day).

Our Wednesday night service is composed of hymn singing, devotional readings from Scripture, Scripture memorization, and corporate prayer. This meeting begins at 7 P.M. at the church.

Each Lord’s Day consists of three total services: Lord’s Day School, Morning Service, and Afternoon Service. Sunday activities begin at 10 A.M. Each service is different, containing different messages for the same congregation. We try our best to treat the Lord’s Day as a full day as much as we are able. Ordinarily, each family brings their own lunch unless there is a fellowship meal which occurs on the last Sunday of the month. Please click here if you are thinking about coming. We would love to help you plan your visit!

Consistent and frequent discipleship is promoted through intentional time spent together among the membership of the church. We strive to encourage the biblical model of older men (mature believers) discipling younger men (newer believers), and older ladies discipling younger ladies. (Titus 2:1-5)

We furthermore encourage mercy ministry, whether that come in the form of preparing food for our monthly fellowship meals or members taking it upon themselves to help other members in need. (Galatians 6:2)
